I am having & had an amazing experience at this particular location(i am customer here since June of this year). Most of the reviews i see are related to UPS and not specific to this location. I moved from Toronto and had to forward all my mails etc. and dealing with Cheryl (manager here) was an amazing experience. Everything went smooth and we did set up everything over phone and email. I still use this location for package delivery etc and services provided by this location is amazing. I highly recommend this location for any mail services and package deliveries.

Horrible service. I did not get a time-sensitive parcel on time as driver refused to leave parcel, even though I pre-paid all fees over the phone, and was assured by local dispatch the driver would be notified and guaranteed the package would be delivered the next day. Also, delivery failure notices were not left where I could see them (twice) and found them days later in my backyard!?!? No excuse as it wasn't even windy out. I will definitely not be using UPS again.
