UPS

I am still waiting for a parcel, however I was VERY impressed with the staff answering the phone. I had no indication from the UPS tracking site that my package was out for delivery, so I called to check and see if it was able to be picked up. The guy on the phone (I believe his name was Jace?) looked up my order, found it on the truck, figured out how many parcels had been delivered already, and gave me a rough ETA based on how many had been done / how many were left to do. I'm not going to hold him to that delivery time, but just the gesture of checking this stuff seems over and above to me. I'll update if the delivery driver insults my mother or something, but at this point I'm fully expecting this 5 star review to remain unchanged for the time being. Update: Nope, the driver showed up approximately when I was told to expect him, and he was super courteous. Overall, a very nice experience. Keep up the good work.

No problems at all. Great service. We are rural, so door to door delivery not possible. But they made arrangements with me and I have my shipment.

Very poor customer service. Tried to have package redirected but website said package was not in my name..Dave vs David.. same last name and address. Contacted customer service who didnt have a good command of english, yes i did select english on the prompt, and they could not redirect the package to another address where it could be picked up when i could. I work 7am to5 pm. I have to go to a second party place that is only open till 5. If i cant get there i flushed $ 150 down the toilet. UPS is a poor choice for shipping.

My package was shipped to my postoffice But they called and said they cant deliver to a post office Wich i know But i had already change the address on the ups app N requested a delivery change but they refused to believe me Just because their system hadnt changed 😡

Picked up a package. The only reason for poor rating is the notice left was telling me to goto a different outlet to do my pickup. When I arrived they said wrong one and sent me to a different one
