The worst way to ship parcels!! They keep losing our parcels, or they get sent to a different city. When I call to find out where my parcel is either they don't know where it is or they claim it was never sent although I have a waybill number. The service is not good either. I am put on hold for up to 45 minutes...IF they decide they want to talk to me. My issues are almost NEVER resolved. Use another way to ship parcels. Then at least the parcel will be in your hands in a timely fashion.
