Purolator

Nice, friendly staff. Always received packages, nothing ever lost. I receive about two packages a month, regularly. I always find them to be polite and hard-working people. In short, I prefer Purolator over other companies due to the fantastic service I receive from these guys.

I have delt with this company on a daily bases. The ladies up front are always quick to answer my questions to the best of there abilities. Understandable some things are out of there control. Super friendly and always happy...looks luke a great place to work.

Website claimed delivery Thursday. Later, website updated to say delayed due to missed delivery, even though someone was home all day waiting for the package AND just in case... there was a note on the door saying to leave it in as specified location. In the past, if a delivery was not possible, other companies have left a note on the door. There was nothing left. A call to Percolator confirmed that they didn't even attempt a delivery and claimed the truck was too full! I tried to arrange to pick it up myself on Friday, but they couldn't confirm that they could have it in the shop and that I'll have to wait for another attempted (or unattempted!) delivery. Failing that, I MAY be able to pick up the package at the end of the day, but there is no way for me to know. 'Sorry'. Terrible organization and lousy customer service.

I love the drop off box outside. I wish my location in Edmonton had the same!
