Just find another delivery service, that's what I will do. Worst service ever. Have had so many excuses as to why delivery could not be made. Beautiful sunny weather and delay excuse was bad weather. Do not even ring doorbell and delay excuse was no answer. Do not use if you want 1 day service. I live 20 blocks from the depot and the package is loaded at 8am and not delivered until the next day. Obviously upper management does not care and needs to be fired.

Worst parcel service available. The never even try to ring the door buzzer and they aren't open on the weekends! Screw you purolator.

They do not leave messege when they cant find me. Happens twice for the same product. Two times the product returned and did not even inform me that is waiting for 7 days in depo.

I feel from my experience . when purolator delivers. you best be ready to run to the door or they will be gone.. then the unfortunate event of having to go and retrive it the next day because employee wasn't patient

Slowest employees I have ever seen. Repeats the same question 20 times over and over again regardless that my answer is the exact same every time. Unhelpful. WORST customer service ever
