As the Client Services Coordinator at Innovative Communication Integration we found that we had an increased need to print marketing products, but we felt that our office copier and printer did not have the quality or consistency that we desired for our marketing materials. We needed someone who was reliable, flexible, and cared as much as we did about what we printed. Always get amazing service here! I came here to ship my first package to the US, and was warmly greeted and helped through the entire process of shipping out of country! After 2-3 more shipments, I was welcomed everytime I came into the store by name and service continued to be amazing. Shipments have been on time, never damaged, and my customers have always been more than happy. I would highly recommend this UPS location for all your shipping needs!

I have had the opportunity to get to know Winfield Wong from the UPS Store on Whyte over the course of the last few years. I have been able to count on Winfield for several things, including printing and shipping. My business moves fast and more often than not I need things done quickly, and I am always amazed at how fast Winfield and his team can accomplish this, and they all do it with an easy, affable manner, and a smile. Recently I had to get something printed and shipped off to Vancouver, and of course had left the task later than I should have, so felt under pressure to get it done. Winfield was able to help me at the drop of a hat and even provided me with tracking so I could see where the package was. It really is a pleasure visiting their store and feeling like a part of the family every time you do, and know that everything printing, shipping and mailboxes is well taken care of.
