Driving northbound on Highway 2, a teal coloured half ton Chevy was driving behind me in the left-hand lane. I was in the lane to pass a slower individual when the Power Express vehicle pulled up to my rear end in an aggressive manner and proceed to tailgate my vehicle while flashing his vehicles high beams. This bullying behaviour needs to stop. License plate number 64 â€“ M238.
