I brought an important package in on Friday morning to ship through fedex, after Josh talked me out of fedex I agreed to ups, paid and left being assured I would be receiving a tracking number later in the day. No tracking number until I phoned Monday morning and was told I would get it emailed that afternoon, still nothing. I phoned again Monday afternoon and was finally given a tracking number for Canada Post! When I spoke to Josh about this again, he claims I chose Canada Post, which I never would have, as I live across the street from a Canada Post office if I had ever wanted that option. Also I was with a friend who is witness to the fact he never told me he was sending it through Canada Post, we only ever discussed fedex and ups. He refunded me the cost of shipping, assuring me that he was going to fix the problem, which is impossible as the package is already gone. I will never be shipping through ship and mail again 😡. I’ve had multiple packages lost or stolen through Canada Post which is why I specifically drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to a fedex or ups authorized location.
