He tried to charge me $5.65 for putting my return shipping label on when no other location had ever charged me for that, and when I questioned him he said, “We don’t do anything for free.” I think he is full of it because I have never been charged to return to sender when I bring in the label. He was also super rude and rolled his eyes at me!

Charged 3$ to attach shipping invoices when all other locations in the area do it for free. I would recommend making the trip to the location on whyte if possible. Also the staff member there was just generally unpleasant and not helpful.

Found myself in a dire situation to ship a few packages over seas before the weekend, after calling several UPS stores Ben was the only one willing to print the labels and stay open late to ship my packages. Thank you for the professional and kind service.

I was charged for $5 when picking up my package from here, the reason he gave me was because the sender put down the ups store's address as my delivery address without telling the owner. I later went on UPS' website and never found a single word mentioning the store has the right to charge people for getting their stuff delivered directly to the store.
