Miss the old depot. This one is crammed and set up poorly. Not a great location. Most staff are rude/abrupt. No food inside or nearby. Get in line 10 mins before you need to 'cause there aren't any warnings and it's pure chaos.

They couldn't tell me when a Greyhound bus was arriving late. Said the only way to know was if the person I knew had a cell phone. No arrivals and departures. The don't have the technology to track their buses online? They don't care anymore. They are more concerned delivering the packages than the people.

Bring your own food with you... Otherwise compared to stations I have been at all around the world, it is not terrible considering the amount of people using the service on a daily basis.
