Loomis Express

Worst service ever! The driver had zero intentions of delivering my package. He didn’t knock or ring the door bell. Stuck the tag on my door that said he tried and drove away. He was still pulled over when I opened the front door but I guess he “didn’t see me”. Called customer service and they couldn’t couldn’t tell me anything! They couldn’t even tell me the address where I could pick it up. Wow, terrible terrible service

Absolutely horrible delivery..... You can't even leave a voicemail to express concerns...both their local and head quarter voicemail boxes are conveniently FULL I'm shocked that a Huge company like DHL trust these incompetent fools to do anything...get it together LOOMIS

It's ok. I've seen better places offering the same service. They do the job but it could be better

Prefer not to use DHL due to their office hours which neither opens early or closes late on any working day .

Can I give 0 stars? Didnt even bother to try to delivery the package. Have to OPEN THE EXTERIOR DOOR to get in the lobby, to then buzz the apartment number, and they LEFT IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. Then when I called about it, telling them I wasted two days waiting at home for this stupid package, he had the nerve to tell me that my name obviously didnt match my unit number on the buzz code, and that it was obviously my fault that he was unable to deliver. Actually, there is no names, and your driver didn't even bother going into the freaking building!!!!! Then told me that I would have to pick up tomorrow, since I said I was NOT waiting around all day for his driver again. I said what time do they open, only to have him say that I actually have to track my shipment tomorrow to make sure they are actually holding it for pick up... what kind of business is this? I have never dealt with such incompetence or poor customer service. I hope the people at the office tomorrow are better qualified.
