Didnt even bother to try to delivery the package. Have to OPEN THE EXTERIOR DOOR to get in the lobby, to then buzz the apartment number, and they LEFT IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR. Then when I called about it, telling them I wasted two days waiting at home for this stupid package, he had the nerve to tell me that my name obviously didnt match my unit number on the buzz code, and that it was obviously my fault that he was unable to deliver. Actually, there is no names, and your driver didn't even bother going into the freaking building!!!!! Then told me that I would have to pick up tomorrow, since I said I was NOT waiting around all day for his driver again. I said what time do they open, only to have him say that I actually have to track my shipment tomorrow to make sure they are actually holding it for pick up... what kind of business is this? I have never dealt with such incompetence or poor customer service. I hope the people at the office tomorrow are better qualified.
