EDIT: Things have gotten much better this past year with them. Their new location is way better and easier to find. Their staff are really friendly too. Although sometimes the driver's don't buzz always. Basically the location and in-store staff are way way way better, but issues with delivery drivers occur sometimes still. 1 star before They don't leave pick up slips, their phone number listed here and in the yellow pages doesn't work. I don't understand how this company functions.

ABSOLUTELY HORRID service. They can't call you when your package is in, they can't get in a mailbox, they can't find your apartment, they can't be accountable for how late something is, they can't help you in any way shape or form. Anything you call them with, you'll be told sorry and they'll pass a buck. I thought intellcomm was bad, but you guys are not far behind.

Driver ran a stop sign and caused me to slam on my breaks as I had the right away. Not impressed!

I'm not a fan of the limited hours or the location. Hard to find. Look for AR THOMPSON building then go behind it.
