If I could give a lower review I would. Absolutely horrendous service. Save your time and go to Staples instead, where they will talk to you nicely and make sure you're happy with your product.
I'm really disheartened to have to write this, given that the service last year was great. I ordered invitations yesterday and called to make sure they'd be done for today. The lady was friendly and offered to get them ready for print for an extra fee. I left her my number in case there were any issues. I received an email in the morning, stating they were ready. I informed Danielle that I wouldn't be able to pickup till after work around 5pm. Given the construction I reached there for 5:06pm. I was greeted by Danielle in the most disdainful way. She mentioned to me she had the chills and wanted to leave earlier but she waited for me. She then handed me the invitations and told me my total of 12.60. I looked over the invites and noticed they were very grainy, and the text was almost ineligible. When I asked her about it, her response was, "it's my fault you sent me the file, and it was huge so I had to resize it." So I asked her what exactly was wrong with it and she said the file was only 72. And so I asked 72 what? And then she told me to just Google it and find out. And I asked again is 72 the pixels? She said it's the resolution and I need upwards of 300 or 600. So I asked if I got it fixed if there would be chance of having them done by Monday. She said, "well I'm sick so definitely not tomorrow but maybe Monday." So I said, " I'd be happy to pay something for these invites so you didn't waste your time, but I'm not happy with them so I'd like them redone." So then she cancels the transaction and then rings it up again for $12.60. So I ask her, "you're charging me full price? I don't want these". Then she gets super snippy with me and says I'm not arguing with you, if you don't take them I'm throwing them out, and she grabs them and throws them out. Then she says you can take your business elsewhere and proceeds to close up.
All this while my 7 year old was right there with me.
I am not at all happy with the lack of service I received and warn others, take your business elsewhere.
