Purolator

Maybe the front desk staff can benefit from some extra training, with emphasis on customer service. I try to avoid Purolator as much as possible so I can avoid dealing with the front desk staff at this location. Unfortunately for me, there are no real competitors in PG. I tend to choose Canada Post when possible, I know Purolator is owned by Canada Post but I've always had pleasant experiences at the Canada Post offices.

I order online frequently and typically the sellers choice of delivery is Purolator. The products frequently arrive early in the morning at their terminal, but somehow there is always some kind of delay with the delivery. I've seen Weather Delay on beautiful sunny days, I've seen delivery attempt failed with someone home by the door. The best one I have seen was delayed at transfer station after already arriving and being loaded into the truck, we only have the ONE location in town? I've called to get this corrected a couple times, they were fine for maybe a month but now they're back at it again. I don't know if it is a management issue but something needs to be done.

Package was never delivered due to incorrect address but the address was correct. Package was never attempted to be delivered

tracking said they made a delivery attempt. that is garbage, I was home all morning and no one rang up my apartment and there was no notice on the apartment entrance window.

I've picked up around 100 boxes and not one has been an issue
