Worst customer service, worst shipping service.
Every step is worst experience ever! So many unnecessary steps:
1. I keep getting missed calls but wen i call back “office is closed on the weekends†but i always get calls on the weekend.
2. I have to fill a form to release from custom: I did but have all the information on the application is just a duplicate of the information i just gave on the phone. I was told it will be delivered within 2 days.
2. After 2 days, instead of my items being delivered, i got an email dat said i need to pay first to for my items to release from custom.
3. I tried to pay online and filled the application form required three times and still payment wont go through.
4. I called for help and i waited 3 hours on the line.
5. I finally could make payment but i had to forward my receipt to two emails for confirmation.
I dont know if there will be any other steps to do or if they will deliver or not after the payment. If i could rate 0 or minus, i would. i have ordered many things online over 1000 items and this is the worst experience ever!
