The service of this company SUCKS. Our company will never deal with them again. Somebody should really take a hard look at how customer service is being done and take a look at the services they offer and do not fulfill.

The industrial area and driving up to the building makes you feel like you are in the wrong place. Maybe need a bit better signage by the road. They always have the packages and have nice customer service. Short hours Closed for lunch And the biggest negative is they don't home deliver to Beaverly.

The address is no longer where it says it is but rather across the street. Causing me problems. Not bad service. In all honesty I didn't know the name had changed.

As far as shipping goes I have no complaints.. But this is no longer DHL.. This is where DHL shipments are received, but it's actually Loomis now... Their phone numbers are nowhere to be found. And they don't call/drop off a message saying your package is in for weeks (after you've gotten frustrated, researched it, found it, and picked it up already).
