Someone reviewed Purolator saying worst delivery company. Then mentioned UPS. In lloydminster Purolator delivers UPS. So what i am saying is Purolator is the problem. constant excuses why the package is not delivered. Totally useless and unacceptable. since this review things have changed at Purolator. they no longer deliver UPS. other than that things have probably have gotten worse not better

Same complaint as Cordt. Happened 2x already. Edit: Issue has been clarified and therefore rating has been updated (the sender forgot one essential address line on the package). One remaining issue is the unhelpful response I received from the Purolator person (on the phone - not Mike/owner) when I was trying to figure out / track my packages (when the packages were being sent the second time).

Biggest POS of a delivery service in the Country, they don't even deserve being called a courier service. Twice in the last week they have driven right through my town and past my farm and took my time sensative package 30 miles away and dropped it off for me to pick up. Not even a phone call the second time to tell me my package was there. My fn name and number is on the package, All they have to do is phone and arrange a pickup. They don't even deserve a courier license.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOR RELIABILITY. ALSO THEIR DRIVERS DON'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. I HAVE ASKED AND POSTED ON OUR FRONT DOOR THAT ALL DELIVERIES GO TO THE BACK RECEIVING AND THE DRIVER LOOKS ME IN THE FACE EVERY DAY WHEN HE WALKS PAST MY FRONT DESK STATING IT'S ONLY A BOX OR TWO!!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I have packages that need to be rushed shipped I enter it two hours prior to our scheduled pickup time and they leave it on. the. floor. in front of the door. I'm then on the phone for 20 minuets just to confirm this rush shipment will be picked up tomorrow.
