They were supposed to call first to arrange for a time for delivery, so the supplier told me. Never did. Just sent me an email saying they tried to deliver and no one was home and to call them for pick up with the tag number on a receipt. When I click on the receipt attachment, it opens a 19 Fed-Ex flier..... no receipt. If I wanted to pick up the item, I would have had it sent to a post office depot. Thus the delivery route.... very disappointed.

This is my third horrible experience with FedEx. Moreover, this was the worst and now I am done with them. Spent more than $300 to get express parcel. Courier person must be such a lazy guy that he didn’t put a note, no buzzed in, no calls. I guess he didn’t show up because courier was too heavy for him to carry (25 kg) it to my place and he just returned back to the shipping centre. parcel was valuable n had perishable items in it, needed right away. I have no idea why they call themselves WORLD EXPRESS SERVICE. Nothing like service in this Fedex.

I payed the duties on the package a week prior to delivery but then they left a notice saying the package couldn't be delivered due to an outstanding balance. I called customer service and they confirmed the balance has been payed but now my only option is to drive all the way across the city to pick up my own package. They screwed up and I suffer the consequences. Their inability to resolve their own mistake is incredibly frustrating.

Can’t really be called a delivery service since they only deliver 9-4 when no one is home. Doesn’t reschedule deliveries. More like a pick up service and yet their ship center in located in a industrial area and only open to 6. Wouldn’t recommend fedex. Use Canada post instead!! Worst service by far

The drivers are the worst. Come at the most inopportune times and only knock once then bail. The center is also in a remote location which is very inconvenient. The people there were helpful and I didn't have to wait long. Overall a less the pleasant experience.
