Absolutely terrible. By far the worst parcel delivery service I’ve ever gotten stuck with. Short hours, poor customer service, awful phone robot, non-existent parcel delivery or pickup notice, the works. Delivery driver may or may not actually show up, and one actually drove away after I had answered my door buzzer and opened the lobby door, without delivering the parcel or leaving a notice. Owned by TFI International. Avoid at all costs.

The website says they deliver twice before keeping it at their office. Well I checked their label and it said they tried to deliver my package twice on a day I was home all day. I received a different package from them the same day but didn't get the second one. So I'm pretty sure they just missed it being on their truck or forgot it at the shop. But lied and got lazy. If they require a phone number from the company sending the packing of the buyer why don't they make sure that company knows they need it so they can contact the buyer. I just wish I could have gotten my package on time and without driving 25 minutes away to pick it up myself. They charge 10 dollars for a rescheduled delivery.

As an employee, I've been here five years. There are always positives and negatives to a job but over all it's a good place to work.

Excellent service, let me pick up my parcel after hours because I needed it the same day it arrived.

Terrible service. I dont understand why it is so hard to just select "deliver to pickup location" and notify by email when its available for pickup. Canada post does this for much cheaper and has way better hours. DHL says they attempted delivery -- they didnt) Staff at Loomis cant find the package half the time and they're only open until 4pm. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Use Canada Post, much better service, hours and more organized. And half the shipping price.
