Loomis Express

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER ship anything to Saskatoon using DHL. This is because DHL does not have a physical presence in the city and uses a third-party called Loomis Express which engages in fraudulent business practices. There are hundreds of other negative online reviews about Loomis Express which include lost, stolen and delayed packages and overall horrible customer service. Unfortunately, I had no idea beforehand that my package sent by DHL would involve Loomis. I’m certain that DHL is fully aware about the many negative customer experiences and I suspect they have received hundreds of complaints (if not more). The fact that they continue to use Loomis for Saskatoon deliveries is indefensible and it is clear that their cost-cutting efforts are a much bigger priority than ensuring quality service for their customers.
