The owner is always pleasant with me, leaves detailed voicemails when packages arrive and let's me know when store hours change for the summer. Her furry co-workers are a nice added bonus. Thanks!

I would prefer a kinder more customer friendly response but as it saves me from having to drive to Edmonton I will put up with it. A smile & courteous manner means a lot to me.

Thought I'd give it a 2nd time around as first time thought that skinny tall rude lady just might have had a bad day but NOPE went a 2nd time(and last) and she's still rude and thinks she's all that. Definitely she needs some customer training and lastly she needs to eat a pizza. Will never frequent that place again
