Western Mobile + Office, Bell Authorized Reseller

The folks at Western Mobile are absolutely awesome! They assisted us in processing a hardware upgrade through Bell when we ran into a road block. Isaiah, Mike and Brandi make these things look easy. We also get our Fusion ink through them.

We've used Western for our office supplies and communications for a number of years. Great company and great community supporter.

Useless employees. A large box containing a stroller from babies r us was delivered there for me to pick up. I didn't know that's what it was until I got there. I am 8 months pregnant, and I had nobody with me that could help me load the box into my truck. There were two girls working at the time, it wasn't busy, and they told me that they "weren't supposed to lift heavy things". They refused to take 30 seconds out of their day to help a pregnant chick lift a box just out the door to a truck? Like really? Luckily another customer caught me leaving the store without my package and offered himself and his friend to lift it for me. If it weren't for these men I don't know what I would have done. But surely your girls could have gotten off their lazy asses and helped me out. Pathetic.

Worst customer service ever. They owner had an adult temper tantrum when he was told that another computer operator mentioned the work was not top notch. Told me never to come to his store again. Lol like that was a thought. Paid for nothing. Would never recommend this place because of the owner.
