Greyhound Courier Express

horrible. My bus hasn’t arrived for over 45 minutes and the staff had no information on where it was. Barely any seats and extremely little amount in the vending machine. surprised they don’t have a better quality station considering a lot of people have transfers here!

1st off Westbank's Greyhound is 99.99999% Unmanned or unintelligible . Now time for horror stories. In 2015, after visiting my family in westbank for christmas, I was waiting with my friend at the greyhound station for our bus to show up and take us back to Vancouver. The westbank station was unlocked but only half of it and there was maybe 30 other people waiting with us. 1 hour passsed and out bus was not on time so we braved the cold and ran across the street to get some food and came back. still no bus. everyone in the station was waiting for this same bus that still hadn't shown up. we called greyhound and of course they arent even open at this hour as it's now reaching about 1am. After tireless waiting. another Vancouver bus comes (NOT ours) and we beg the driver to find out whats going on with our bus and no one can communicate with greyhound at all and we are all freezing have been at the station for about 4 hours. He said that he didnt know anything but he promised to take us in the next run even though he should have been off after this last trip. So we continued to wait in the freezing cold with these other passengers. When he came back to pick us up and drive is all to vancouvr or stops along the way we filled out paperwork stating that we would be reimbursed (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED) and that the matter would be looked into as greyhound had hired ANOTHER charter service to be our bus and they were over booked for christmas. Other than this on e angel of a driver, I have never in my life had a good experience with greyhound or their customer service. I'd rather choke out the money to fly this year than deal with unreliable service.

When is Greyhound NOT late!? 90 mins late last week arriving in Hope, and 45 minutes late today arriving in West Kelowna. 5-10 minutes is totally understandable, but this company is no where close with their estimates and no one is available for recourse. BOYCOTT GREYHOUND until they smarten up! Use other ride sharing services in the mean time!

The staff at greyhound in Nelson, B.C. were just great. They answered their phone before office hours, and quickly an politely answered my question -which was not solved by looking at the Greyhound website !!! Greyhound Canada do not update their website bus schedules, so a bus service on the website is listed as NOT running, when in actual fact it IS. * Head office does not seem to care about providing a helpful service to help support their regional staff. The customers must deal with confusing schedules created by the Head Office. Fire a few head office people, Greyhounds will be better off. Thanks to the local staff who really help. !

The bus depot is hardly ever open but the little cafe next door L' Oven Farm Fresh Food has great food friendly staff and is a great place to sit and wait for greyhound
