Purolator

Purolator must be the most terrible shipping company on the planet. Their hours do not conform to the typical working mans hours which constantly leaves your packages at a shipping depot. These depots are open during a typical persons working hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM). If you are expecting a package and don't take a day off work you will not get your package until the next business day. If this is attempted to be delivered on a Friday you need to wait until Monday! Canada Post and UPS never have this problem. On top of that the customer service at the shipping offices are absolutely terrible. They treat you like a number in a tracking system even though you show up with a face as a human being. I am extremely disappointed I do not have a choice to choose to ship without Purolator when I make some shipments. The monopoly is disgusting and rest assured if I EVER have the choice I will NEVER ship with Purolator. This company needs to go bankrupt and ALL investors should stay away for the well-being of their assets. Thank you.

Amazon uses Purolator and I've had nothing but trouble with deliveries. Purolator have made no serious attempt to deliver to my condo. No other shipping companies have any difficulty finding me. No phone call, no notice left. Here is Purolator's brilliant business model: Receive package from Amazon. Put it on a truck for delivery. Make no attempt to deliver it. Take package to closest pick-up location. Wait for customer to call them. Profusely apologize for the incident. Wait for customer to come to pick-up centre to get package. Purolator gets paid. Amazon gets fooled. Customers get screwed. How long will Purolator get away with it? As long as we tolerate it. I'm finished with Purolator.

The WORST experience I ever had, every single time when Amazon uses this company. All my 5 packages appeared as “ delievery failure” but I never got a single call from them. Why don’t you stick the sticky memo on the front door if you couldn’t access? I was waiting for the call sitting in my living room the whole day! Do they even deliever their packages? By the way, i am not specifically talking about this location, but ALL location in general. Definitely HATE this company. And NOT FRIENDLY!

Walked in .she seemed annoyed that i evan came in and i said i need to ship this paper to my dad tge fastest way yall got she followed with the driver left mean wehile thr drivers were both sitting in front of tge store still doing pre trip thought tgey waould ask if tge drivers minded but they did not so i confirmed that .Because i missed the drivers it woylf take three day for the peper to get to my dad and i thanked her n left

Terrible service. Paid extra for deliver today, and was home when they attempted delivery, but no one contacted me, except an email saying the attempted deliver. Lies...lies.
