I am very pleased with this delivery company. My experience is that the drivers are very helpful, and i find the staff is always willing to help out in a moments notice.

The team at Urban Valley Transport are awesome! They really helped me out of a tight spot last week. I had flown an engineer/technician into Seattle to fix my dental laser on Monday. But when I tried to cross the border with the laser Monday morning, I was turned back by the US Customs officials since I did not have carrier status or an electronic manifest ( to 'import' a dental laser for repair for just 8 hours!) I was under a time gun since I had already prepaid the laser repair (Cdn$7000) and the engineer/technician was flying back Tuesday morning. John and the Urban Valley Transport team were able to co-ordinate with the broker and US Customs to get the laser across the border that afternoon!! They really saved the day for me!
