I went down to the bus station yesterday and was met with great customer service. Robert the person working there was understanding, patient and empithtic to my situation . I was having scheduling issues and he went above and beyond to make sure I had an option. It's good to know you have great employees working at that station cause it really does make the diference difference when someone is going out of town on a trip. I want to thank him for finding me a way to get down there at a good price

2 out of 3 times we had time sensitive materials which were paid for door delivery that were missed deliveries in Langley. Both cases the reason used-- the driver did not see a sticker on the box. Our option was to get to their depot before 6 or wait a few more days. Once we made the mistake of trying to find a parcel in Coquitlam. An hour later we left after a lot of blank expressions. Hard times in the delivery business. Tied with Purolator at the bottom. Fortunately Canada post, Fedex and UPS are okay in the priority segment.

The Greyhound Package Courier Express office is Open at 8:00 a.m., 6 days a week. (passenger station is Open at 7:00 a.m.) Greyhound will send your packages anywhere there is a Greyhound Bus Station in North America. Good Job and Thanks ...

Should have the PROPER hours on your site, since you close at 5pm, not 6. Also if theres a bus, someone should be there! Greyhound is HORRIBLE.

Sent a parcel to my family they never received it ,when I called to wonder why I received call head office which doesn't exist😒 another oldschool buisness chasing away customers..later greyhound
