I went there to get my package and immediately she told me I can’t get it until Monday she didn’t even ask me my tracking number. Very poor customer service... even she said “ my manager said not to give people packages “ what a joke ! I’m not gonna get anything from amazon again just because of the purolater !

Last I checked you don't have to drive like a speed racer, especially up my shared driveway. There are lots of kids on this street, we have signs saying drive slowly children at play , but these delivery men were driving so fast they didn't even see me trying to tell them to slow down. I get it you have to make deliveries but you don't drive so fast to do so. The driver wouldn't have been able to stop if there was a kid on the top of our hill, he was driving way too fast - ran out - threw the notice or package or whatever on my Neighbours porch and sped off again.

Hands down the worst courier service in Canada, they will lie to you to try to cover up there own mistakes. Don't ever expect your parcel to be delivered when it's suppose to. Stay away from this company.
