Greyhound

Booked a trip, got it cancelled, and the only trip I could get instead added 3 hours and a transfer/layover. We had three different drivers because they kept maxing out their hours. Should have spent the extra 30 bucks to take the train, at least they have decent seats, chargers that work, employees that aren't rude, and better time.

I really can't say too much about Greyhound the prices are pretty reasonable for the destination it's easy to find in Nelson it's right behind the strip mall and their employees including your drivers are extremely friendly and helpful

Why have a bus schedule when it is never on time? Every single time I've been on the Greyhound, it is always late. Doesn't matter if it is westbound or east, it is never on schedule and the customer service agents are ignorant and tells us to "wait". The station itself closes at 3:30pm on weekends, so basically you are standing outside in the middle of nowhere until a bus arrives whenever it wants to- no outdoor seatings, no bathrooms, nothing. Sometimes overbooks customers, and the bus driver informs us to take the next bus that comes in 2 hours!!!! Then why make customers book the seatings in advance? The lady that works at this bus station is as unprofessional as the company itself. Seriously, choose Greyhound if you want to waste your time.

On time reasonable price except on stat holiday and summer very pricey

They need new busses on the Trans Canada service...or at least rehaul them better re bring them into 21 century... but for traveling I do not mind it.. meet all kinds of humans.
