24/7 Parcel

Works for me. Easy to deposit to my account online. Easy to track online. Website is a little dated, but it works fine. Excellent text communication system. 24/7 Access is super nice. Walking distance to the border which is nice. Slightly worried about that front door though. Lock appears damaged so just a heads up. May want to fix that. It seems to lock fine, but just be heads up. On staffed hours, super nice and helpful. I have gotten on average about 4 packages per month and never an issue. Honestly only issue is the wait to cross back to Canada which is hardly their fault. Cheers.

I made the switch and chose 24/7 Parcel and I’m glad I did! Friendly staff and 24 hour access that fits my schedule.

Just another business that cares more about money than the customer. Take your business to the US Post Office. They also have lockers you can access 24/7 and much more reasonable rates if you receive more than 22 parcels in a year. I’m frustrated because they keep placing my parcels on the shelf for pickup during staffed hours. I emailed asking why and they made some foolish excuse about the packages being to large to fit in a locker. I know this is false because I have the measures for the packages and this is simply not the case. I had planned to make the drive to pickup the packages, but then realized that I would need request that my packages be placed in the after hours storage locker, but it was already after their terrible staffed hours (12:30-5pm -what the heck?) I don’t live right next to the border and I’m busy so I don’t know when I’ll have time to make it there, so it’s difficult for me to request the storage locker ahead of time. Of course if I request the locker and don’t make it in time, I am charged an extra parcel receiving fee. Bottom line is this is just another business trying to take your money and skimp on customer service. The post office is a much better deal at a flat fee if $65/year

Highly recommended for all hour pickups, love the text notifications, we use this place a lot. We've never had any issues with our parcels. Staff are always friendly, sent us a thank you card with a Starbucks card, etc. Keepers.

Phoned in to see if my Parcel had arrived (the shipper might have sent it to the wrong place, not 24/7's fault) Explained that it was an outfit for my newborn coming in two weeks. That night I went by after work to pick it up. There was a note with my package from Kate, wishing me all the best with my new born. That's service you don't see anymore. Blew me away and I work in the Customer Service business. This will be my shipping place for life. I know there are other places nearby that people can ship to. This place has the best price, most convenient, easy to work with, and reliable service.
