I've used the service a couple times. I've never had a bad experience and have been greet politely each time. A few conversations here and there when it is not busy. Fast service, very affordable rates. I receive notifications where packages arrive in a decent amount of time. No complaints on my end. Thank you Pic-It-Up staff!

Great service and attention to detail, convenient location and reasonably priced, what more can you ask for in a business? I get notified immediately when my parcels arrive and it is convenient to park in front of the business to load my car.

Richelle and staff are excellent. Proprietor has a photographic memory - she's organized and on top of everything in her place. Very efficient operation, good parking and good prices. Richelle is very personable and reasonable as a business person. Been going there since 2016 when we moved closer to the Sumas border crossing (used to use Point Roberts mail companies for our USA orders) and couldn't be happier with service. There is no comparison; Pic-it-Up is simply the best we've ever used. Keep up the good work!

I've stopped using this service as I don't like having people demand that I use specific gender pronouns. And since Canadian law has made this a criminal offense, it's best just to avoid the delusional.
