Absolutely the worst service i have ever received from a shipping company, I think they work on commission because the reps are pushy and rude. I had the privilege of dealing with Alaina Holland. She gave the worst customer service, it was appalling and down right embarrassing. If this was my employee I would have fired her for the way she was speaking to customers. She interrupted, did not listen, was accusatory and completely disrespectful. There was no reason for her behavior. A quote was provided for us on Tuesday, at a different location for our company. The quote number was misplaced and when we called in the new rep was unable to locate the quote. So they provided a new one which we accepted and booked. We were calling back to confirm the hours of operation when Alaina picked up the phone, She proceeded to berate and talk down to me immediately, about how she gave a quote yesterday and how can i be so stupid as to misplace a quote or not have the employees name. I'm sure its because they probably make commission but that was completely unacceptable. I have no idea how they can get away with treating customers in such away but avoid this company if you can.
