Purolator

Purolator can't deliver package to save their lives. I live in a gated complex, and every other carrier can deliver packages because they know the master gate code, but of course Purolator doesn't, and they don't seem like they want to after years of this kind of terrible service. Furthermore now they will call on the gate buzzer which Rings my phone at my house. So I answered after 2 Rings the other day and it was just silence on the other end. Apparently they had already ran back to their truck and take it off. Two rings! That's like 10 seconds. Not only does this cost them money because they have to make a second delivery attempt that day... Which of course is unsuccessful... But it angers their customers to. Now I have to go pick up my package half an hour away. And of course they're not open on weekends so I have to somehow get there before 6 p.m. on a weekday. Yay! Don't worry Purolator, I have send a detailed complaint to Amazon and telling them never to use Purolator. Maybe they'll listen and I'll never have this problem again.

The driver always says my name isn't on the buzzer codes list, which isn't true. Never had a problem with FedEx, ups or Canada post. Purolator is the only one who is never able to deliver the package. Staff isn't friendly at all. Item was shown as ready for pickup on the website, but the lady there said that it wasn't ready yet because it just arrived. On a very rude way she told me that I could wait half hour there until it's ready for pickup. I just left and probably won't go back to pick it up. I'll just wait for a refund from the merchant once they return the item. ------------ Update 18/03/2018 Looks like the staff has changed or maybe they have a good day. Service has improved a lot since the last time I've been here. They couldn't deliver the package, but at least the person at the front desk has been nice this time.

Bad experience here. There's an old woman with gold hair work here this moring. I told here i have two parcels and she said i came here too early and let me wait for 20 mins and then she go back to the inside room. I told her i have to leave and go to work so can i just get one of them (which is the one shows ready to be picked up). She came back and looks like i interrupt her work and she feels unhappy. It makes me feels like i own her money! I'm the customer and this is not the way i should be treated. Also, the store opened at 9am and closed at 6pm and only open during the week day which is inconvenient for the people who have job. I wish Zara and Af never choose purolator as their shipping method anymore!!! Really disappointed!!!

Not necessarily a review of the location, but Purolator in general. They didn't even knock or call the phone number designated with the delivery address, then had the audacity to make me contact Amazon support to get the shipping resolved.

Only delivered once and not open on the weekend. Tried to call them to arrange pickup but the line is constantly ringing busy. I have literally tried calling them at least 10 times during different hours of the day. Don't even ask me to call you if I need anything because you people don't pick up. Worst delivery service EVER!
