According to Ace Courier - no courier companies guarantee delivery. Just because you are quoted a overnight delivery doesn't mean it will make it. It's actually been 4 days since I shipped an overnight delivery and it still has not made it to my customer. After speaking to many different agents the only thing I was told no one would ever guarantee that you would get it in the quoted time. What happens if the truck is full, or the box goes missing (in my case it was a skid they couldn't get out). With the plethora of options - VanKam, Bandstra, Day & Ross, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

You want your shipping charge to more than double? Do business with them. Original price on bill was 37.80$ plus taxes. After the driver added hand written stuff, ends at over 89$. Called the office, was told its all normal. You know what awaits you with Ace courier.

Unbelievable... Quality of service accountability. . Nothing at all. I called one of Ace's Depot on the island to have an absolutely crucial envelop next day to Burnaby. To be held for pickup. Arrived in Burnaby the next morning to pick up the envelope which has irreplaceable documents in it And they can't find it. Amazingly they have the waybill but no envelope. This is why we pay 100x the Canada Post rate. To guarantee we are going to receive what we send the next day.... Completely useless. Way to go guys

I used Ace Courier to have a time sensitive show display shipped. Despite being a large item 8 feet X 4 feet and 200 pounds, it disappeared for 2 days. It was finally found on the dock in Burnaby with massive gouges in the finish. We were left to load it by ourselves and could have easily stolen other peoples product as no one paid any attention to what we were doing. Very weird and aggravating experience. Totally disgusted.
