I’ve used ACE Courier many times over the years in conjunction with my business, and the service has always been good, with reliable delivery times. The staff are polite and helpful, and can provide helpful answers to requests about service levels and pricing for shipments.

I would give even more stars if I could! I had a parcel shipped from Prince George. I had a quote from Purolator who stated that if I wanted my parcel to be on top of the pile it was going to cost me over $700. If I didn't care, $230. I also had to have a credit card which I do not subscribe to. I inquired with ACE and was quoted $120 delivered in two to three days. It was sent to the wrong area due to an old address in the file of the party I purchased this item from. OOOPS! They were extremely helpful and polite and my parcel was shipped to Victoria where it was picked up the next day! I cannot say enough about this company! THANK YOU ACE COURIER!!!

Dispatch just hung up on me !!!! Didn't get a chance to finish my statement. I wasted a afternoon waiting for them because i asked to get me delivery after 2pm. I was told no problem. I phoned Ace courier and they said that the driver tried to drop it off in the morning.
