More than half an hour late. The next scheduled bus nearly arrived. Depending on the driver i guess, but very uncomfortable once in Victoria.

Passenger and freight outlet. limited inside seating for bus service to Victoria or Nanaimo and up island. No onsite storage lockers. Pop dispenser machine. Closed for staff lunch 2:45 - 3:45. Convenient shopping mall at same location. Directly behind arrival bus stop is the stop for Cowichan Valley Regional Transit bus services. Outside covered seating for Transit Services. RBC ATM located in London Drugs next building to Greyhound Terminal.

Packages came in looking like somebody had taken their anger out on them. The contents we're literally spilling out onto the floor. Incredibly unprofessional. These we're boxes that I purchased new only a week before shipping and taped up like there was no tomorrow. Never using Greyhound's services again.
