Very impressed. Was worried due to low rating on reviews. Everything arrived on schedule with no damage. It is easy to follow the transit of your item via the link they send you. Plus they had to carry my item down a long steep driveway as the truck would not fit. Good job.

Normally I would be ecstatic if my shipment showed up early but they gave me a delivery window and being someone who works nights am not typically up that early. Would have been nice to not have to answer the door in my PJ's. When they were bringing my brand new TV up the stairs to my apartment, they dropped it....TWICE!....brand new 65inch TV that I spent my hard earned money on and you dropped it twice right in front of me without saying anything. He then documents some damage that was on the box and then hands me a wet crumpled up delivery invoice. Very poor customer service. Hope I never have to deal with them again.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a 65" LG OLED TV that was supposed to be delivered several weeks ago, but due to my personal schedule at work and Pilot being unable to deliver in the evenings or on weekends, I've had to reschedule. I finally got it scheduled to be delivered today, and the best they could tell me for a time was between 9am-9pm. That's an absurd window! Twelve frickin' hours! They said I could get in touch with the driver on the day of delivery to get a more specific time slot. So I made plans with my boss to ensure I would be able to take off from work early. This morning, I called Pilot in Kent, WA, and the agent I talked to said she would make sure I would get a call from the driver at least an hour before delivery. I didn't get any feedback from the driver until he was 10 minutes away from my house, and I still hadn't even left work yet. When I try to call him, there's no answer. So then I text him that I'm leaving work and that I'm 20 minutes away, and shortly afterwards I get a call from the agent with Pilot, the same one I talked to earlier. She tells me that the driver was waiting at my residence and he left because his schedule is too busy for him to wait on me. I was told that I needed to reschedule. At no point did I actually talk to the driver. By the time I spoke with the agent, I had taken off work and was already half way home. When I pay several hundred dollars for shipping for an item, I expect a bare minimum level of care for the customer. I'm just incredulous. The complete lack of concern for my time and schedule, and the absurd organization and communication of this company is totally unacceptable. My delivery has now been rescheduled for two days from now, and I will update this review based on any further experiences.

Paid $110 to deliver a 55" TV. For one it took over 12 days to get it and two, I had to call to set up a 4 hour window appointment, for which they were over an hour late for. What exactly did I pay $110 for? UPS ground would have gotten it to me a week earlier and $80 cheaper. Then when I get the TV its completely damaged, screen spidered...Pathetic.
