I am very disappointed. I ordered a 65" LG OLED TV that was supposed to be delivered several weeks ago, but due to my personal schedule at work and Pilot being unable to deliver in the evenings or on weekends, I've had to reschedule. I finally got it scheduled to be delivered today, and the best they could tell me for a time was between 9am-9pm. That's an absurd window! Twelve frickin' hours! They said I could get in touch with the driver on the day of delivery to get a more specific time slot. So I made plans with my boss to ensure I would be able to take off from work early. This morning, I called Pilot in Kent, WA, and the agent I talked to said she would make sure I would get a call from the driver at least an hour before delivery. I didn't get any feedback from the driver until he was 10 minutes away from my house, and I still hadn't even left work yet. When I try to call him, there's no answer. So then I text him that I'm leaving work and that I'm 20 minutes away, and shortly afterwards I get a call from the agent with Pilot, the same one I talked to earlier. She tells me that the driver was waiting at my residence and he left because his schedule is too busy for him to wait on me. I was told that I needed to reschedule. At no point did I actually talk to the driver. By the time I spoke with the agent, I had taken off work and was already half way home. When I pay several hundred dollars for shipping for an item, I expect a bare minimum level of care for the customer. I'm just incredulous. The complete lack of concern for my time and schedule, and the absurd organization and communication of this company is totally unacceptable. My delivery has now been rescheduled for two days from now, and I will update this review based on any further experiences.
