I have looked for years for this kind of service in the Langley area. I have used similar companies but none of them have provided the excellent quality of service that Midori, Emily and Eric have provided over the past three years. I can confidently recommend PakMail to deliver on the best shipping services in the Langley area. A great solution oriented company providing more than just shipping services for small, medium, and large businesses. Two thumbs up!

Updated on Jan 10 2017--- The courier has been showing up as scheduled now! =) -------- I drop off packages here all the time as they accept packages for most of the couriers. They have excellent staff and services so I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs shipping. One word of advise for very extremely time sensitive packages, sometimes the drivers from the couriers never show up at Pak Mail so your packages might be delayed one day or so. This is not Pak Mail's fault but the problem with couriers themselves. For extremely time sensitive packages, it might be best to drop off at the courier's actual location if possible. eg: FedEx, UPS or DHL locations

The employees are nice and enjoyable to talk to but the services they provide are unreliable and should not be counted on if a timely delivery is important to you. A shipment that was estimated to be 6 days has now been 30 which the delivery date being pushed back yet again. There was a 4 day delay crossing the border due to customs issues which is understandable but it doesn't explain the additional 2-3 weeks it has taken and no explanation from the company has been given other than it "being out of their hands." I would personally not use this service again and would look elsewhere.
