Good people connected with a good company

Wierd that their "Customer Center" only serves customers 4 hours a day and opens at 2. Maybe that's based on when packages come and go on the trucks. And they have only one dropbox in town? Really? Do they want us to go and pay more at one of the commercial mailbox places? Or just use the competition? Maybe the shipping volume in our town is too small for UPS to put more resources here...

Won't deliver to my house so I have to drive 17 miles to pick up my package. Change my delivery address plz

The people working here have always been very kind and helpful to me, especially considering how rude people in line always seem to be to them. Yes, UPS misplaces and delays my packages often, but the people here work hard to figure those puzzles out and get the packages where they need to be.
