Today i missed my bus and was told to wait for the next bus. 3 hours later while checking in i was told to pay $21, asking why i was not told earlier the lady at the counter responded "It does not matter if you were told or not, now you know." When i asked the manager (the man she consulted) Why they had to wait until the last minutes to tell me about the $21 he just responded "That i cannot answer" and he walked away. I turned to the lady and asked why she did not tell me anything about the $21 charges earlier, she handed me my ticket and said "Pay and get on the bus or step aside so i can serve others!" A simple "sorry" or "i forgot to tell you" could have been better. I had no choice so i paid and got on the bus.

One of the least inspiring places I have ever been. The Bus depot looks like everyone has just given up any aspiration to do any good in that place. The facilities are clean but haven't been updated since some time in the 80s. It is sad that public transport is so neglected in this country. But what can we do but put on the sunglasses and ride away on our way towards a better place.

The Kamloops Greyhound depot is small and most of the seats inside the depot were torn and in need of maintenance. There is no longer a food vendor inside the depot however there are food establishments nearby. As of June 2018 Greyhound has revised/reduced several of their routes and the Kamloops depot is where many passengers now transfer coaches. Several of the coaches arrived at the same time so you have hundreds of people lining up inside for their next coach and trying to figure out what line they need to be in. To add to the confusion they have departures with similar destinations leaving minutes apart. Excellent job done by the Greyhound drivers and baggage handlers in sorting things out.

Greyhound was excellent. Upon seeing that we were travelling as a large family they allowed us to switch over to an express bus. They driver had a kind chat with my children A wonderful experience.

Worst trip of my life .28 years using grey hound east to west . Never again. Your bus company has closed down to much routes.old unsafe buses pure service line us up like cattle. . Grey hound out and new better company in . All your signs you have in every building about the history and friendliness WERE DID IT ALL GO
