Cathe at Calais Spas...these guys always go the extra mile!! They have saved me a few times with very large orders arriving and no help in the store. I say Thank You!! I really appreciate your efficiency and willingness to help :)

The most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. The only way that I get my shipment from them is to call to see if it is in there warehouse, then they always say OH YA it has been here for days and say that they will get it to me the next day. If you expect a parcel from ACE be sure to call them the day of expected delivery or be willing to wait.

TERRIBLE COURIER COMPANY! When I request delivery of a package for my home or business I expect actual delivery of the package. Not so with ACE. I received a note on my gate advising that a courier attempt had been made and to contact ACE via telephone. Upon calling, I was advised to travel to their office to pick up the package as they would not make a second attempt at delivery. Each additional delivery charge would be an additional $15 and they had no way of knowing when that delivery would take place so that I could ensure that I was home! I will never use ACE again for either home or business courier services.

I was completely satisfied with the work done by the Ace Courier men when they delivered my two appliances. They were punctual, efficient, friendly and they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. There is nothing negative to say about the service.
