Very bad service. Driver claimed that they were not buzzed in. If I had picked up the phone and said come in but it happened that the door failed to open, normal people will buzz again. Yes? No? And when the driver didn't come up to my apartment, I went downstairs to meet them. No one was there. No package left for me. Called them today. driver claimed that I didn't buzz them in. I was home. Buzz again?? Also, I was downstairs in less than 10 minutes but they were gone before that. I hope my sender will never use ICS again.
