Does not maintain its posted operating hours. Went to pick up a time sensitive package, and it was closed an hour early!

The guy that runs this UPS Store has no customer service skills. I will never do business with this UPS location on Wilson St ever again.

sent off many packages with Imran....very professional and great service. Whenever he does the packaging customers ALWAYS comment on how well they are packaged.
