Purolator

Around 4 minutes wait for parcel drop-off. One day shipping in Canada for small business rates are very good. Better than Post Canada.

Do they even attempt to deliver!? If they want us to all go and pick up instead, then they should make their location more accessible, not in some random area in Burnaby. Why even bother calling Purolator a delivery service?

Gotta say the speed was there but everything else trash! No door bell, no knocking just a slip telling me to pick it up next week... marvellous!! Customer support told me what I already knew and did not help 😂 1 star well deserved!

Purolator delivery it's the worst company ever, third world country has better customer service then in here. I think this is the only business with only one telephone number across Canada where are you have trained people to brushed off you complain, the only business where you cannot contact Warehouse, where your parcel is located. I paid for special delivery yesterday and the driver decides to write down in his memo that was a road closure, which is not true because I live here, when I try to find out what happened I just get a stoned wall, now I have to sit home lose my another day of work just because nobody can contact the driver and find out when the delivery will happen or if I can meet the driver I wish they'll be zero Stars classified Purolator operation. Not enough competition.

Kept trying to deliver at the same time for two days straight even when the packing slip said it would be available for pickup the next day. Package got lost in limbo and customer service did not do anything. However, Stewart is a good manager at the Burnaby location and helped sort the issue out without any further issues.
