Customer service with delivery drivers are poor. Not an outrageous request to ask someone to wait while you check if someone is home to receive a package. Call back several minutes later and the driver says he can't go back cause he already left the area. The only option is to wait for the package to be brought by a different driver to a pick-up location. Driver kept saying that he printed the notice, and to just read it. I'm thoroughly not impressed with the level of customer service. Even if it's not your within your capabilities i.e. the drop off point is not in your area, you shouldn't state that the package being available only after a day, is because the I wasn't home to receive the package. It seems like the driver treats deliveries as a inconvenience and would rather shift the responsibility and blame onto someone else. It seems logistics for this shipping service is poor and that many people do not have a drop off point accessible to them. Even though mine is across the city, I consider myself to be lucky that I don't have to leave the city just to pick up a parcel. Edit: I spoke too soon. The delivery driver gave me the wrong information as well as poor customer service. Seems like I'll be travelling two cities over.

As in most cases here... my experience is dreadful. Tell Costco or Walmart or anyone you use for online shopping delivery not to use this courier to deliver your packages if you live in an apartment or anywhere where it requires the delivery person/driver to stop, check, ring/buzz, and leave package with customer. While I wait for my package to arrive, I receive a text saying "Cannot locate". Seriously? I called customer service and of course the resolution was to pick it up at their Surrey warehouse since drivers don't re-attempt to locate an "unlocatable" address. Now, my time is wasted. My anticipation for my order ended in grief. And next, I have to pickup my package wasting yet my time. So disappointed.

Giving this company one star is giving them two stars too much. I would never willingly use this company. They only attempted to deliver to my home once and it was 3 days before it was suppose to be delivered so I was not home, now I have to drive an hour to an inconvenient location to pick up my package in the middle of no where the next town over. Poor marks from me!!!

Absolutely horrible shipping service. I had a package that the driver left the delivery notification and ran off without knocking or ringing a doorbell. No redelivery attempt was offered - they just took it to this inconvenient facility. Takes about 10-20 minutes to get onto a call to request a delivery. They request $10 to redeliver. UPS, and even purolator offer good free redelivery services with multiple attempts. Do NOT use this if you want happy customers. They do not listen to complaints and their drivers are probably overworked.

One star is 1 star too much. Day 1. Didn't leave package as directed. Day 2.. couldn't find the same address. Still don't have my package. Please do not use CANTpar.
