Dangerous and discourteous driving on the road. If this man is.going to drive around with the company logo on his car, i would better represent myself as a professional. Did me a service and i would not use them ever. When I called the company the woman was nonchalant about; makes you wonder if it happens a lot.

At first, I was pleased to hear that they were able to delivering a cake (many courier companies can't because they are fragile). I told them the cake will be ready at 12 and I needed it here before 2pm. Gave her the information she needed. She said that the courier will deliver it before 1 because he will come straight from the shop and that I could pay the driver in cash. ($19.70) OK GREAT! She calls me at 1 pm to tell me she had the address wrong and asked me for the address again. (I thought she would have already picked it up and delivered by now) The new quote would be $34! I told her this was not my fault that she got the address wrong and that I shouldn't pay for her mistake. She didn't apologize and just asked me if I still wanted the cake over and over again. Of course I still want the cake that I ordered and since I only had an hour to get it here I didn't have another choice then to pay the $34. I asked her if I could pay with credit card, she said that would be an extra $5. And said the driver can't give change. The women was rude and didn't care whatsoever about a new customer. Also $34 to deliver a cake for a $10 min drive is ridiculous.

courier showed up to my fiances place of work to drop off a package . asked her if she was single , when she replied she was engaged he proceeded to hit on her repeatedly. he went on to talk about how great Islam is and how gay people are ruining our world ,how women need to know their place and how anyone who isn't Muslim will be punished and overall terrified her . when the issue was reported , van-city couriers responded by saying he wont be assigned to deliver there anymore but wont be reprimanded either. if your considering using their service , i would choose anyone else.

Very professional, reasonably priced and very consistent with deliveries and estimates. Our company has been using them for four years.
