Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid giving your business to this location. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but my first and only experience with Purolator has left a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, the staff here need serious refreshers on customer service. Came in for two packages that were way too heavy to carry out of the store alone (a bed set and mattress) and was told that no one would provide assistance. Either a staff member was on break, or they just clocked in and had no clue what was going on, the excused just rolled off their tongues. What made matters worse was that they openly confessed that deliveries DO NOT make it to apartments!! Imagine that, a place that doesn't deliver to apartments in Vancouver....sheesh! They also openly admitted they do not call you when they come to "drop off" your packages. The one saving grace was that customer service was very understanding and I hope they keep their word about passing me through to management. I will never give this place my business again and I will make sure to recommend that others avoid it as well. 0/5 stars!

Doesn't actually work like the other delivery services, remember nothing I've told them, clearly know their customers are being given misinformation from other sources, such as Amazon, and don't feel the need to correct it. Absolutely useless. Customer service was actually decent and "resolved" the issue. Partially at least. I'm still awaiting delivery that's yet to arrive unrelated to this issue. Advice to anyone who is unfortunate enough to yay this service: call them ahead of time and clarify every detail so you're not disappointed too much. Update: apparently the driver of today's delivery can't get in the door of the building even though yesterday's did to say we weren't home. Don't use this company for anything. Update again: customer service can't stay consistent with themselves. Am having to pick up because they refuse to do anything understandably. I'll going to just shop in the States now because that's actually easier than getting delivery from these people.

People in the customer support are Not very friendly, to say the least. It feels like they were doing something important and I am districting them with my call. What is more, some operators have such a strong accent that it is impossible to understand what they are saying. I am all for diversity, but people in the call center should be able to speak English and the accent should not be so bad that I am not getting what they are saying. In all other respects, it is a normal delivery company like UPS or FedEx

Order something online, I stayed at home and waited for the package but the guy didn't even knock the door. he just leave a note and now i have to drive further. so why i purchase something online instead just take they in store?

I ordered a 49" flat screen TV and it was delivered by Purolator. When I opened the box, the screen was cracked. The company that shipped the TV had me return it and sent me a replacement. I was not home to receive the replacement so I had to pick it up at the Purolator at City Centre in Vancouver, BC. The lady who I handed her my tracking slip was dragging the tv vertically. This time, I opened the box at the Purolator office and it had a cracked screen AGAIN. POOR SERVICE all around provided by Purolator. The rep I spoke with did not even acknowledge the cracked screen after I pointed it out and walked away to do something else. Note to everyone, inspect your packages before signing and open them on location. You can refuse the delivery if there is damage.
