My first experience with this store was excellent and remained so as l still send packages amongst other business services they provided. The store was recommended by a friend. The staff were friendly and gave value for money in terms of the quality of services they provided. They surely met my expectation. I have been to other UPS store, the services were definitely cold and indifferent, compared to UPS store 9 where l received a more warm attitude, as a result l kept on going back to the same store because they served my needs better without any doubt.

Would give 10 stars if I had the option! Had an important package coming in, and I was commuting in to try and make it before the 6:30pm closing time. I called a few times, and the woman working there (Iâ€™m sorry I didnâ€™t get her name) assured me she would keep it aside for a few minutes after closing, which she did. Excellent customer service and a great example of going above and beyond. Highly recommend this branch to anyone requiring ups services. Thank you!!

Had a great experience at this UPS Store, from very courteous staff who offer excellent service. I was kindly told by Mary and Marissa to please wait for a day before picking up package from the store, unfortunately it seems some people don't know this policy because it takes a lot of time to process all the order they receive. Literally there was a guy in front of me who didn't understand this and was trying to be disrespectful. Let's all be understanding for the hard work they do ðŸ˜Š

I went to UPS store 9 to send out an important set of documents that involved 3 destinations. Marissa who was at the counter explained the process and the various options to me. She took extra time to ensure the correct information was recorded and to print 3 labels. She helped me with organizing the documents and envelopes. She was very courteous, patient and helpful.

I find it absolutely mad that you're required to pay a $2.50 service fee for using their computers when you have no other option but to use these computers for printing, especially when black and white prints are 0.50 cents (!!) per PAGE. (For comparison, Staples charges a mere 0.40 cents for much more valuable colour printing.) From someone who managed a print and copy shop -- your prices are ludicrous and your service, frankly, sub-par. Do better.
