Haleh, is the worst and horrifying manager I have ever dealt with. Very bad service and management, I was waiting and waiting for her to help me, to get my package sent out. She had a phone call, and while she was on the phone she's rolling her eyes over and over again to the person on the other line. And when I'm done putting the label for my package, I said I'm really not happy with the Service here, when I'm on my way out, I throw some of my trash like a piece of paper in their umbrella bin, she then started yelling and screaming that she won't take my package and wanted me to leave with my package, I said to her, I am going to make a complaint about them and took a video of her being so rude, she then and her mother blocked my way and not let me leave, it was terrifying and scary for me when she started pushing me and hurting me, she violently pushed me too many times and tried grabbing my phone off me.. cause she wanted me to delete the video. I will never delete this video. And when I said I'm going to call the police for not letting me leave, She then tried to twist the story and called the police. I feel like I was being attacked by both of them just because I took a video so if anything happens to me I have it recorded. Haleh is a terrible manager, bad communication and service. Beware everyone. I have the video here for my record. I am going to make a complaint about this branch and Haleh, She is rude and very mean. I will never ever recommend this branch to anyone. This branch should be close down. Very bad and horrible and disgustingly poor Service and management. Watch out!

I came in 25 minutes to closing. The woman manning the desk made this clear. When I asked if they accepted card she said yes as if I was asking a stupid question. I asked her to apporove the documents I was printing and she explained how to do it. The printer jammed repeatedly and she told me to "stop it" in a sharp tone three times, and i replied with my hands off the keyboard each time. Disgusting service and poorly functioning facilities.

Great service, always treated with a smile! Halel is awesome to deal with. Always efficient even when the store is overflowing with customers! Great location for me! Access all hours of the day or night. You can not go wrong with Halel!
