Failed to deliver, set the status to "delivered", took the delivery fee and generally tried to just forget about it. There's never any notice, and they never even bothered to contact me in any way to notify me. In the good old days couriers were supposed to call the recipient if they couldn't reach them at the time of delivery to re-schedule, but never mind that today! When I contacted the seller 1 week after the designated delivery date, they told me Purolator asked me to pick the package up myself (even though I was kept completely in the dark the entire time). See, my buzzer is linked to my phone, so whenever someone rings it there will be an incoming call record on my phone. But clearly you guys was never here to deliver it. Why bother to have a carrier business if you've never intended to deliver in the first place??
