customer service at this location sucks. they make customers wait half an hour to pick up a simple package. would not recommend

Way over charge for large format printing! $86 for 12 pages of 24" x 36" is outrageous! I will never print here again. I also had difficulty communicating with the clerks as neither spoke English well.

If there's a ZERO I would give ZERO star for customer service. I shipped out a valuable package in December, and now mid January the receiver hasn't got it yet. So I called this location and asked what happened. What they kept telling me is: oh we had lots of packages got lost during Christmas time,and you will have to call Customer Service at UPS to make a claim. I'm like WHAT? Did i just hear it as a legit reason?? The reason for not being able to deliver my package safe and soundly is because I'm one of many customers that have lost their packages during Christmas?!?! NOT even a sorry, NOT even empathetic about my situation - what they're doing is to tell me that this is NOT their problem and there's NOTHING they can do about it. She even said, oh maybe one of those mailbox customers picked up your package by mistake. I'm like... sorry what did you just say? ! Gear away from this UPS! The WORST experience and I will share it with all of my business partners to stay far far away from this location. Purolator is 10 times better and they never lose a single package in the past 3 years.

Visited Vancouver and needed to send two packages, one back home and another, T-shirt gifts for friends. The service was prompt and courteous, the person helped us with the documentation required to send packages to another country, the price was a bit more than we expected because it cost us more than the merchandise, but we wanted to understand how it all worked. Great location, highly recommend.

Good place for shipping. One of very few places that's open on Sunday. The lady running the store was friendly and very helpful.
